Review summary

Great cruise but had many issues with the glory ship, Toilet wouldn't flush a lot of the times, We lost all electric, water and whole boat while docked at Cozumel for over hour +, the remodeled pool and water slide started leaking down the main center of the ship 5 days into cruise causing flooding on a few floors and causing the middle glass elevators to go down.. was a MESS. Our balcony we couldn't see through glass..was in need of glass cleaning, I feel the ship is in need of a lot of comedic updates damage and bad walls, floors etc throughout the ship everywhere needs fixed, Entertainment was only about 3 shows and was horrible, Otherwise the cruise itself was great fast boarding and getting off, The staff and food was AMAZING !! I would recommend carnival but I would never go on the Glory again.

Ship was clean but out dated and needs a major over hall. This ship just come right out of dry dock and didn't look like any improvements at all.

The atmosphere was alot different then ever before Its almost like they hated us americans this triip. I was called names for not taking tours etc. while walking outside of the main shopping which made me very uncomfortable. never had that there before.

wow that power outage really messed this cruise up. What? We were delayed for what an hour and a half from leaving our last port of call and arrived in Miami on schedule. Supper was served on schedule and for the glass issue that cloudiness is due to salt mist. Our balcony glass was the same, but if you really needed to see something just stand up or wipe it your self. But to rag on the cruise for that is Well, We had a great time and the weather was as good as it gets.

Ive been on the Glory 4 times. I was on it the week oc 3.25 and it was a let down. The ship needs alot of cosmetic work. Also, they put the new waterslide in and the mud ships pool is gone....meaning the other pools are packed. It was an ok cruise but the Glory needs some updating.

Things happen when you cruise, nothing is perfect. All you had to do was tell your room Stewart to clean the window.

We were on the Glory in February and it was great!

We just got off Glory last Saturday and had a completely different experience. We did lose power in Cozumel but they kept passengers informed and was still able to serve dinner without delay. As far as the leak; we heard about it on the last day but it did not affect us at all. Our balcony room did not have dirty glass nor was the ship entertainment limited to three shows. Between comedy, main theatre shows and dive-in movies there was plenty to do for my group. Cozumel - I walked the shops and went down the main strip of stores; didn't run into any name calling. If I wasn't interested; I just smiled and kept walking or said no thank you. This was our second cruise and had the attitude that I was just happy to be on vacation and be away from the cold/snow.

I was on Glory in May and had no issues. We are going back on her next month. Surprised to hear about the walls and floors being the ship just came out of dry dock in March?!
