Review summary

the sun the best part . have used carnival cruise lines 7-10 times and always been great. This time not so good. Felt like they were trying to cut cost in lots of ways-stateroom cabin staff, dining room, nite time shows just not up to par with other cruises as you will see with my other comments. Probably will look at other cruise lines in the future.

now have to ask for bathrobes as not in staterooms-- they ask when you want service am OR pm not automatic throughout the day as always before -- staff seemed to be overwhelmed. forgot a lot of requests and room not ready when we arrived still cleaning way after time to be in rooms. felt Glory downsizing on staff really a poor choice

Ship tip

Needs a good refurbishing . just did get their water slide done on our last day we were compensated for that on in board credit. food just not up to par taste wise. had to ask for coffee as they no longer offer??? this happened everyday dinner dining so I know it is a way to decrease cost.
