Review summary

this was my first cruise and it will be my last . I have traveled to a lot of different countries on vacation and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Trying to relax on a pool deck over crowded and and listening to grinders and jackhammers all day was

just proof that carnival does not care about their guests. I spoke to customer service and all they said was sorry and they were not doing anything for anyone even though they have had hundreds of complaints.

This is all true about the jackhammering all day.,, it was annoying!!! I am still on the ship as I write this and am ready to be off this ship. I have cruised 10 times and I know how things are supposed to be.....Shame on Carnival !!

Cruising may be for them but cruising with my good friends Dewalt , Milwaukee, Ryobi and the gang wouldn't be for me either, Dock the Vessel make your upgrades and let's get back to Cruising.

Cruising may not be for you but I had 4 friends on this cruise and he is literally saying jackhammers and construction the started taking apart the ship closed all water slides and main pool and shoved everyone aft this started on first day of cruise! Now I love cruising and been on carnival but if I was on this trip this would have been unacceptable! They turned music up so load to flush the construction noise out ears were ringing. They shouldn't start they dry dock process 2 weeks before it is actually scheduled and not while they are cruising!

I agree, you should not rule out cruising based on a carnival experience. There are other lines that would better suit you.

Nice review, but carnival cruising is clearly not for you. If you are looking for a more upscale cruise with no "jackhammers" explore your options. Carnival cares very much about their guests, and what would you want them to do about the problem.
