Review summary

These 4 ports were the best locations I have ever stopped at on a cruise! Grand Turk & St. Thomas are definitely places I would like to return to. More information should have been posted regarding the. New port in Amber Cove.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food & the dinning service on this ship was some of the worst I have ever seen. For this to be considered "fine" or "white cloth" dining it was mediocre food & terrible service at best.

Service and Staff

They were over all very un-attentive.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
This ship is in serious need of updating & Cleaning. Parts of our rooms were literally falling apart. Paint was all chipped & scratched. Bedding was beaded up, frayed & worn out. Everything in the entire room rattled, vibrated & shook. The entire family had difficulty sleeping.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
We had adjoining cabins. Some of the worst I've ever seen. Worn out, falling apart, very dated & not very clean.
