This was our first cruise so we didn't really know what to expect. Logistics wise not an issue with anything. Getting on board, to our room, luggage arrival etc...was all spot on. There are lines but there are a lot of people trying to on board at the same time. Staff was excellent in every regard. The boat was clean and well maintained. The food was very good at every venue we tried, pizza, buffets, sit down dinners...all of it was very good, no complaints at all. My biggest hats off goes to the staff on the boat. Some of the friendliest hard working folks you will ever meet. They go out of their way to make your stay on board as pleasant as possible. We were very impressed. Our room was maintained spotless and our meals were served with a friendly smile. We would do another cruise with Carnival.

Onboard Activities

there could be more interactive day time activities on Lido deck... the events they did have were fun to watch and participate in but there definitely could be more of them.

shows were great, but could be extended to about 45 minutes per show instead of ~30-35minutes, very entertaining though altogether

We liked our room a lot, it was awesome to have a balcony room. Plenty of space. We both slept better on board than we do at home. The bed was big and comfortable and all the linens were fresh. Having the option to have coffee on the balcony in the morning or to just chill in the afternoon was a nice to have. We had the opportunity to watch the flying fish from up above, pretty cool.

no shade, you need lots of sunscreen or an umbrella, the beach is absolutely pristine!! Great stop

Walk further down away from the beach entry point and there are a few beach huts where you can get local beers for three bucks and they play music, big bonus!
