Review summary
Carnival Cruise line as always tries to do a really good job of making our vacation a pleasant and relaxing time. The weather was great..even though it rained the first few days...I walked a mile on Grand Cayman beach in the rain and it was awesome...walking in the rain in Michigan any time of the year and I'd be shivering in 5 minutes.
The Fish & Chips was a daily favorite (the soup is awesome). I missed the stir fry and sushi that the Breeze has. Otherwise the food was more than enough in every way.
Of course the cabin stewards were great and kept the room spic & span. There was some banging with a hammer going on at 2:30 in the morning that kept us awake one night and the guest services manager went waaaaaaaay out of her way to make up for the disturbance.
Mike at the piano bar was really good...he was a little out of the box which of course made it all the better.
The shows were great light shows but the content needed something the middle aged crowd could really relate to.
Mike, the cruise director, was a very amiable guy and very funny...he did a great job with the "love and marriage" show. We'll see him on the Breeze next month...said he was moving to the Breeze..can't wait.

Ship tip
Don't be in a hurry to get off the ship...if they call you first you can leave any time..if they call you last you can leave any time..you just can't stow away and stay on because they have to clear the ship :)
