Review summary
it was a cruise, so it wasn't all bad, but of the 15 we've taken so far, this was definitely the worst ... and by a long shot. don't get me wrong, there were bright spots, our room steward being one, but this ship functioned as though it was short-staff for the entire week. biggest problem? too many closures (especially food options) resulting in long lines where things were open.
carnival? never again - no matter how inexpensive it is.

Ship tip
don't miss your dining room meals if you want to eat. if you wait too long for lunch, the entire buffet is likely to be closed - ALL FOUR SECTIONS OF IT AT THE SAME TIME!!!
Ports of call

Thank you for sharing. I was on the same cruise. The lines were not as long as I anticipated and moved pretty quickly. My concerns were the food temperature on the buffet were never hot and at times not even warm. There is such limited food choices late in the evening. I would like to see Guy's burgers open later than 6pm and the same with the Blue Iguana. I have no idea why they close so early. Other than that, the food was pretty good and by virtue of the fact that it was covered in the price of the cruise, I cannot really complain about anything other than food temperature because that could pose a health concern.
