7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 27, 2013
Ship: Carnival Glory
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 5 years ago
This is a booze cruise with very little class and not much in the way of making you feel pampered. The staff was great, the rooms very good, the balcony roomy, but the food was dreadful and not consistently offered. The routines - announcing debarkation, opening for breakfast, information about customs - were so inconsistent it felt like the ship and crew were on their maiden voyage.
I would never recommend Carnival based on this cruise to anyone over the age of 21.

When burgers are the best food on board you know you have problems

We took the drive yourself jeep convoy. Lots of fun

Kon Tiki was fun but the promise of a tour never really materialized

My favorite because there was some history and not just shopping

This seems to be all about shopping or getting drunk in Margaritaville
