Review summary
We had a wonderful family vacation! My kids ages 9 and 11 didn't care for the kids club that much. They were not impressed by the activities offered and preferred to spend their time with us. That was fine with us. We did enjoy the large chess set on deck, bean bag toss and the mini golf as a family. Forget the shuffleboard as it was so bumpy the puck wouldn't slide across the gameboard without flipping over. That was disappointing. Overall, the ship was very pretty and very clean. The rooms were fine and the bedding extremely comfortable. The food was disappointing as well. It was simply OK. The breakfast buffet was great. Many omelet stations. The lunch buffet on the other hand was just fair. Most of the food did not look very appetiziing. The fish and chips station and the pasta station were tasty, but there was always such a long line. The deli, pizza and grille were fine. The dinner in the dining room was OK. If you like tender beef, do not bother ordering the steak. We tried a couple of different nights and it was never that good. The chocolate melting cake never came out the same way twice. It was very tasty, but sometimes we got it and it was solid like chocolate cake and other nights it was as loose as melted chocolate ice cream. All of the ports of call were wonderful. Everyone around us shared very positive stories. We visited Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Freeport. The staff of the ship were very friendly and hospitable. The dining room servers were not as attentive as on other ships we've been on.Ports of call
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
Pros: Beautiful ship; very clean!
Cons: The food was mediocre. Buffet not very appetizing.
