Review summary
We were excited to visit the ports of call on Carnival Glory's "Exotic" western Caribbean itinerary, but then Hurricane Dean changed all that. So for the two cruises before ours Carnival had replaced Costa Maya and Belize with Key West and Progresso. We were not excited. But two days before our cruise Carnival called to tell us we would go to Belize, and replaced Costa Maya with Roatan, Honduras. That was great news. We were not disappointed. Our visits to Cozumel, Belize and Roatan were wonderful. These are great ports with lots to do and things to see. We went as a large family group (six couples). Our excursions included Mayan ruins, snorkeling, and self-guided shopping tours.Ports of call
Pros: Roatan in place in Costa Maya
Cons: Freeport in place of Nassau
Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!
