A: 60% tree covered. Also know ahead of time whether you’ll be expected to carry your own tubes with you. Some guides make you where other operators have them waiting at the waters edge. Carrying them in can be an unexpected and unwanted but preventable... chore.See More

A: I did this excursion years ago and it is all jungle covered. It was amazing

Answered by sparky528 on August 18, 2022

A: I wouldn’t recommend it. Some shade it still very hot. We’ve done this and it was one of the hottest - if not THE hottest - places we have ever been. And we live in the south where we have high heat/humidity. The trek was rough for me due to the heat... . Once we got into the River, we were fine.See More

A: I found this information from a fellow cruiser. The laundry rooms seem to be on decks 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 on the starboard side by the mid-ship elevators. On deck nine it’s on the port side by the forward elevators.

A: We used them in Disney, Sea World and our first family cruise. They had issues on the boat at times but worked more than not. That was 10 years ago.

Answered by dkantouth on February 21, 2022

A: No. But I’ve heard they had them. In 2019 on the Horizon, for my daughter’s 18th Bday/Graduation cruise, we used the text feature on the Carnival Hub app. It was $5 per person. Good means of communication.

A: Go to the zoo or aquarium. Go to City Park. Gamble at Harrah’s. Take the riverboat cruise.

Answered by engineerrick on April 16, 2022

A: We love to do the walking tours around the grave yards or in the French Quarter. There is so much History to learn. We've been twice, this will be our 3rd time and we always book a walking tour. Ypu can try Groupon or Shorexcursioneer.com for discoun... t tours. We also suggest Gus's World Famous Chicken. The famous Beignet's at Cafe Du Monde. And a good ole messy Po Boy from NOLA Po Boys on Bourbon St.!!!!See More

A: I would recommend a Natchez Riverboat Cruise and/or a Cajun Encounters swamp tour. You’ll need to plan for the swamp tour if you’re staying in New Orleans, though. The shuttle ride takes about an hour to Honey Island Swamp, but I HIGHLY recommend it.... We go every time we are in the area.See More

A: Such a great walkable city. The Riverwalk is great, Cafe du Monde is a must for beignets. so much history and cool architecture in the French Quarter. You never have to drink.

A: Agree too much to do and depends on likes. interest and how much time. I will add though to check Viator and Groupon for discounts and ideas. Many forget to check on stateside ports and only look at the cruiseline for excursions.

A: Carnival Glory? Yes it does.

Answered by Ayanidys on December 19, 2018

A: Basically, the cruise ship is busy. It is like upping your rewards to stand in less of a line. It is like priority boarding to embark/disembark to the excursions. The Glory was well organized. I did not fond that I used it very much.
