Carnival Glory Cruise Reviews - Q&A

3.9
Has anyone ever used walkie-talkies with kids on the ship? Mine are old enough to explore on their own, but not old enough for a cell phone yet. IMO. We want to stay in contact while he explores. Any recommendations?

if not old enough for a cell phone probably not old enough to go alone on the ship. Mine was 14 the first time he went alone around the ship maybe 12 and 13 they can go directly to the room or a set destination.

No. But I’ve heard they had them. In 2019 on the Horizon, for my daughter’s 18th Bday/Graduation cruise, we used the text feature on the Carnival Hub app. It was $5 per person. Good means of communication.

We used them in Disney, Sea World and our first family cruise. They had issues on the boat at times but worked more than not. That was 10 years ago.
