Had a great time, wish the weather would have been better at George Town. Wish we had more entertainment in the theater with additional performers. The Carnival performers did a great job, but on previous cruises they also brought in outside performers and had some great shows.

Love being on the ship. Very clean, staff was very friendly. I would like the deserts to be a little sweeter and give us more than tea and lemon aid, maybe so punch would be nice. :|

Overall me and my husband enjoyed ourselves. A much needed vacation. And the cruise director Matey was great. By far the best birthday I've ever had.

It was a wonderful, exciting, pleasurable. completely safe and forever memorable experience that we are so anxious and delighted to tell our relatives , friends and neighbors about.

This was the best vacation I have been one the boat, the crew, and the passengers were all a blast. not only will i do it again I have already booked it!!

Great vacation for my 50th birthday. I had an awesome time. I will be booking another cruise in the future. Thank you so much Carnival crew for making my special day adventurous and it was a dream that can true.

It was Ok I guess except for the Guest Services situation and the pictures as our last cruise was on Royal and they have all theirs on computer and you just go to a computer and look at all the photos taken on the ship and off and choose from them where as with Carnival and the Pixels you have to go through tons of pictures just looking for yours!

Bad service nothing work in my room and did not like were we went i will never go on the boat again i have been 4 times and this has been the worst time ever

Instead of doing Key West, etc, we did the Western ports - no choice was offered to us. No refund - no reschedule - nothing! I was disappointed - it wasn't our fault Hurricane Irma came up the coast of Florida, but Carnival didn't offer any rebate or anything. Or even say, we're sorry, no discounts, nothing! Pretty crappy customer relations! We've done the Western ports a few times already and were looking forward to the Eastern ports - we understand about the storm and needing to change direction, but a choice would have been nice. Too much to ask for, I guess.

I will admit that Carnival is not the cruise line for us. Their guest service was terrible and for the most part we felt as if we were stuck in Walmart for 7 days. We usually prefer to fly to a destination but decided to compromise on this because we were in a large group. Do not expect any customer service from Carnival!

The Western Caribbean cruise was more fun than the Eastern Caribbean to me and my husband. Maybe our next one will exceed both of these! They keep getting better and better!

So our cruise was cancelled due to the hurricane Harvey. Not upset about it being cancelled because of the hurricane. Pissed off because we were supposed to leave on Saturday. We knew hat wasn't going to happen...evidently Carnival didn't have the same idea. They didn't cancel till Monday. Royal Caribbean cancelled before that. We live 6 hours away. We would have been penalized had we cancelled before carnival actually cancelled so we tried to drive in. Not a happy cruisee

hurricane harvey ruined the cruise. I will write more after my refund process. I wouldn't have gone on the cruise because of the hurricane, but customer service said that if the ship shows up and I'm not there, I don't get a dime back. So I traveled to Houston for the cruise and was stuck in a hotel for days. I paid over $800 on hotel and food. I will let everybody know if carnival cruise lines gives me a refund on the hotel I spent.

My husband and I were very impressed with the ship, the food and all the personnel who made our cruise wonderful. It was a delightful experience. Again, the personnel was amazing!

Because of Hurricane Harvey we were on the ship for 13 days. The is no way I can say how good Carnival was to us. First they kept us safe by staying away from the storm. They brought on new entertainers, kept us fed and active. We were treated so well by Carnival we will never ever cruise any other brand.

It started off bad when we got our keys. The travel told me when we booked the rooms dhe pit us on thr same floor. Which was not true I was on the 6th floor my children was on the 1st floor.

We would cruise this ship again. Looking forward to experiencing the other Carnival ships as well! Thank you Carnival! And a big thank you to Malcolm, Woohoo!! Burn!! He obviously loves his job and the people.

Had a lot of fun and great memories for my family but did not expect to he charge too much for gratuity at the end of my trip on my final bill we had a party of four and they charge for my kids the same amount of an adult which i tought was ridicuolus $460 for tipps and i tipp everyday to my servers

great loved malcom and the entire ship servers they where all great. pools were great food oh my some much food I think I gain 20 lbs lol but my family enjoyed ourselves we had a group of 28 man what and experience and looking forward to next year.

My overall experience on this cruise was very exciting. We all had a wonderful time . I love the way that the crew made my wife feel for her 45th birthday.
