Already planning this same cruise again. Freeport was removed and would like to go there.

Food was as expected. My only complaint would be BBQ was terrible. If you can't find something you like the problem isn't Carnival.
Onboard Activities

Two pools always full hot tubs were usually available but too hot for me. Aft pool and hot tub was closed a couple of times due to suit from exhaust blowing in them. Gym, golf, basketball, water slides usually open and water temp was great.
Entertainment

Plenty of bars available with entertainment. Only went to 1 show (80's musical) and it was fantastic.
Service and Staff

Staff was always friendly and hard working. Never saw anyone standing around.
Ship Quality

Ship is older but we knew this going in. Cigarette smell from casino was in hallways and elevators. Also some areas had sewage smell. Our shower drain was plugged but we called Guest Services and maintenance had it fixed within the hour.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was like most. We had port window and 3 people with plenty of room. TV could have better programming but we don't spend a lot of time watching it so for us we survived.
Ship tip
Don't rate Carnival on this ship. It's old and had some issues. Try newer ships along with this one. You make your cruise good or bad. Don't knit pick everything.
We did the hop on hop off tour. It's not for anyone handicap or has a hard time walking. You'll have to walk a 1/4 mile just to get to the trolly. Yes you can stay on but have to get off when it returns to the beginning and get on another trolly if you want to go to a spot you saw.
Disembarking was quicker than usual although you always have those people who think they should get off first and slow things down. Carnival did a great job handling this.
