We would do it gain; shorter time period, get a balcony, and get a drink package.
Embarkation

For first time cruisers I think they should send out a few more emails of the process.

Food and Dining

The service was outstanding for 99% of the time. The guy working the pizza place on Wednesday afternoon wasn’t so friendly and tried to convince us that the margarita and cheese pizza were the same and refused to make the cheese pizza. We found the food in the dining room to be bland and ended up going out the the buffet afterwards and in place of many night.
Pizza Pirate

The flavor was outstanding but you need to make sure everyone in this eatery are making pizzas the same. One employee tried to convince us that the margarita and cheese pizza were the same. We knew they were not but we were tired from our excursion that we didn’t feel like fighting so we went elsewhere on the ship and got food there.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We personally did not get in the pools or use the slide as it was always so crowded. We ended up staying in our room majority of the time.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The few shows we did make it to seemed great but took a little while to get into it. When doing activities in the lobby it became hard to see when there were so many people there. Maybe add a second smaller theater for stuff like that.
Children's Programs

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service was outstanding. Ricky, our room steward on deck 1 was awesome. He took care of any needs we needed almost immediately. If there was a way to request him again, we totally would.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Most of the ship was beautiful but felt the carpeting and artwork were outdated. It was definitely well maintained. The layout on the other hand was very confusing. We kept going up the center elevator just to have to go back to a different floor so we could get to the other end of the boat.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cleanliness was awesome. We new the room would be small going into it by talking to others. It was actually bigger than we thought. The bed got uncomfortable after the second night and needed up with backaches. The chair provided could definitely be more comfortable and built for bigger people.
It was a pretty destination. Our first excursion was canceled and ended up doing the snorkel and beach. The guys that were in charge of the snorkeling didn’t really explain how to work the snorkel or the fins. I personally had never used these or snorkeled before. They need to give more direction and have someone there to help the weak swimmers. I ended up backing out of it because I felt so uncomfortable and just went back to the beach. The guys didn’t even seem to really care. Of course not cause they get our money anyways.
Overall this port looked very low income and that the crime would be high. But we were most taken care of at this port. Our tour guide to and from our destinations not only learned about us but explained about himself, history, culture, income, and crime. I wish I remembered his name as I would look for him all over again to continue learning. We did the jungle rtv and beach. Team 1 of the rtv crews was outstanding. They took their time to make sure we understood the rtv before going into the jungle. Then there was a guide in front and back with 2 other guys running along side of us to make sure we were comfortable and encourage us the entire time. I would totally do this excursion all over again and again.
Definitely a lot of shopping to do here so bring some cash money. We swam with the dolphins which was outstanding. The crew there makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything very clearly. The food and drinks were very good; honestly the best food we had the entire cruise. I would do this all over again. Only thing I would suggest is to have this excursion include a beach time too as we found ourselves wanting to be on a beach with the beautiful water.
The way they called out the different decks made it definitely easier but we believe that they should close off the one elevator for the disembarkation as it was hard to walk around everyone that was blocking the elevator area. 3 of the 6 elevators should be used for floor 9 to leave and the other 3 for the floor 5 to leave. Or just have everyone leave straight from their cabins instead.
