Being my first cruise I didn't know what to expect. Not everything went as I would have thought it would but that's to be expected. Overall, the worst part was the ac wasn't working correctly and getting someone to fix it didn't seem to be priority. I will be taken another cruise in the future just not that room if I ever go on Carnival Freedom again.

I loved our boat director, Emma! She was such a delight no matter what event she was doing on the cruise. We went to several different but I loved watching movies on deck! During the days the events on deck was exciting also.

Everything around the ship was pretty clean , and you always seen staff cleaning.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean! The only issue with the room was the AC sucked!! We called to guest services from day 1 complaining about the air. Guest services would send someone, they would check it and say they would come back in a couple hours. When they didn't show back up, we would have to call again. The whole 6 days on the ship our room was 74/76 degrees. Needless to say, it never got fixed nor did guest services think it was very important!!
We had to be out of our rooms by 8:30am and wait on the 5th deck which was the casino, and smelled on nasty smoking. Once our deck was called to get off the boat which was over an hour later, customs was also not moving very fast. We didnt get of the boat til noon.
