Review summary

i am in love with cruising and looking forward to my next. I was looking at Alaskan cruises while waiting to get off. Really wanted a couple of more days... the ports seemed rushed!! The only thing that i may do different next time is to book a better place to stay the night before boarding in Galveston. That was not a fun experience.

omg... the ships main dining was awesome and the food was great. But gotta say, if you don't treat yourself to Guys Burgers you might have missed the "ship"!!

even though there is always something to do, sometimes i wished for a quite place other than my room.

gotta go to at least one of them all... the comics were great and the Piano show was just as good!!

never did i see anything that was dirty or even in need of replacing.

excellent on all points! One of most favorite parts of the entire trip was calling room service for a pot of coffee and sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee with my husband to watch the sunrise.

Ship tip

You will not use everything that you try to bring on board. Pack as light as you can, it makes getting on and off a LOT simpler.

I am glad you loved your 1st cruise. Welcome to the club of cruise addicts. I really want to do Alaska but am still trying to convince my husband. Or maybe it will have to be a girls cruise.

In Galveston The Tremont House is nice and historical. The Rooftop Bar has a great view and is very comfortable.

Alaska is a terrific cruise. Searce Galvaston for pre-cruise overnights. Good luck!

Glad you love cruising. I've done Alaska cruises and they are amazing. In Galveston I try to stay at Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn and park at Lighthouse parking.

Great you had a nice time cruising is addictive the places you go are amazing the best out of all is the alaska cruise you want be sorry it was simply amazing hope your hooked as we are .. 🍹😎
