Excellent guest services

Guest services was no help at all said they couldn’t do anything and we would have to call guest services when we got home!

Always helpful and very friendly. Never let us down. Even when I called from the room and they didn’t answer, I hung up and within minutes they had called and apologized for missing the call Wonderful job Carnival

Had no problems, the only item of issue was the kiosk for adding money there was only two of them, and guest services sometimes took a little bit because they only had short staff available, but promptly move people through when they added more people to the service line

Shore excursions gave us our money back since we couldn't go because lack of swimsuits. Guest services was always packed and took forever to talk to someone. Emy did everything in her power to help us out with our luggage problem

Not real impressed with these services. Availability was an issue, especially for Shore Excursions. Guest Services did knock off some charges, in response to my complaint.

Guest services was a joke. Couple thousand guests and 2 people running it and lines were long..if you lost something you'll never get it back and they won't look for it..they'll just tell you its not there. I know from first hand experience.
