If you want to cruise and are on a budget. Worried that you won’t have fun ? Emma Nixon was our cruise director. This lady is amazing and she kept the party popping. All free and fun shows and activities

Followed directions and we were on and in our by 1140am

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food all around was okay. Always fresh, kinda typical blandish food. Chocolate extravaganza was what it always is. Blah. Hoped it had changed. (Not complaining I understand they don’t make food hot and spicy. Made for the masses)

Alchemy Bar

5 out of 5

Wonderful! They ask what I want, I normally get a spicy chipotle pineapple martini. Which is great, but! They are mixologists! So I tell them strong, refreshing and not too sweet. And BAAAAM!! They do their magic. Another person asked for what I got and said it was tooo much. They did good.

The Chic Restaurant

Scott's Piano Bar

Ben was our pianist!! Dude is a beast!! Way to go Ben

Pizza Pirate

5 out of 5

This place gets a lot of mixed reviews. They were slow, but they were understaffed but that had nothing to do with the flavor and convenience. Which was top shelf

Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse

5 out of 5

This was amazing. We paid the cheaper amount but it is worth the 4 dollars extra. The dessert where the chef does art was not our thing. Should’ve gotten the cheesecake

International Aft Lounge

5 out of 5

Great shows. A little on the cold side at night. I recommend a hoodie or pants. Preferably lots of whiskey will get you warm

Guy's Burger Joint

4 out of 5

Delightful. Just needs onion rings imo

Deli

Service and Staff

Never a bad time with these folks. They have always been on point and helpful. If they were not able to resolve they had great and helpful solutions

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I have read multiple times how filthy Carnival is, I’ve never experienced this. However I do secret spot checks. I ran my finger across the top banisters and light fixtures. Not once did I have to wipe my finger. There was a water leak from lido pool on deck 8 hallway. Within 2 hours it was cleaned and fixed

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable. (My wife and I are small/medium build). Guadioso our steward was on top of things from minute one!!

Ship tip

Go to the very front of deck 6,7 or 10. Take exit doors. You will not regret it

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
Tender port! Love the tender, we did the Cayman bar hopping and 7mile beach break!! Totally worth it and our guide was Sonja. She not only got us around safely but she also gave us a great history lesson and laws of the land.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

3 out of 5
No excursions. Just walked around the port and to margaritaville. Very pushy and aggressive vendors (not like something to be scared of)

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We listened to the disembarkation meeting the day before. We followed the directions and were off the ship and on the road before 9a
