Review summary

I haven’t been on a cruise in 14 years and realized how much fun it really is. You can keep busy or do nothing. I plan to cruise again soon.

Embarkation

It was nice to be able to have access to a wheelchair. I also like that there was an area to wait for the wheelchairs. The escorts were very friendly. Everyone at embarkation was smiling and friendly.

Food was great but service was good 3 of 4 visits to the dining room. One night the waiter seemed uninterested in serving us or in getting us what we needed for a pleasant dinner experience.

I like that there was always music playing in most places on the ship. Great performers and dj’s and musicians.

Service and Staff

The room steward was very friendly and attentive. (Maybe it was the $20 tip.) All of our waiters were awesome except for one day. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Most everyone was helpful and friendly.

Ship Quality

Everything seemed clean and the buffet area workers did a great job of cleaning dirty tables. The elevators were confusing but there were plenty of them.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was very comfortable and plenty of room and closet space. The shower was on the small size but ok for a trip. We had to ask to have the cabin vacuumed again because it looked like it was not previously done. Otherwise it was very clean.
