I would seriously hope the buffet can like maybe charge the guests with a given allowance or something along that line to control the amount of wasted food. That will then in turn with the money save on wasted food, the cruiseship can invest in more better quality & varieties of flavors for different ethnic groups. Looks like every cruise, the guests gain more & more weight, ship will sink LOL

low quality food. best to have better quality & variety like Italian, asian food with different sauce for cruiser to custom. Maybe a $100 budget included in the package & people can pay for if spend over the $100 per day or whatever the budget is set for. It's not about eating as much as you can all for the same price, this might cut down on too much excess waste of uneaten food going into the trash. This is very hard for my family& friends one the cruise to see.

ship design is good, but the slippery floor is absolute hazard waiting for guest to fall & major no no. big lawsuit
Carnival has so many included food venues, why bother with the buffet, especially if it offends you and your family and friends? No need to torture yourself. Interesting idea about food vouchers though. I do hate to waste food but if on a cruise and something tastes bad to me, I’m not going to eat it. I take small portions to sample.
What Kracka says is so true. You can have a whole cruise of meals without ever stepping into the Carnival buffet. So many people complain about the selection, unsanitary people, overcrowding, and food waste. Just avoid it if this bothers you
