It was my first cruise and a great experience. The ship was large and very clean. I was very impressed and cant wait to go again.

i had a blast and would love to go every year.

The ship was very clean, and tidy. The crusie line goes out of their way to make sure everything is constantly being cleaned and put back into it's proper place. The ping pong pads were extreemly worn, and the 3 of the life chess peices were missing making it imposible to play. ( the chess board is laid out on the floor with each space about 18" by 18") would have been very cool to have played it.

Just an overall great experience! Lots to do and the food never ends! Great entertainment!

The activities at night were really fun! It was five of us college aged girls and we were not bored for one minute. There was always something fun to do! The beds were comfortable and we had five in one room!!! it was a blast! Mexico was also super pretty. We recommend going to Playa del Carmen when in Calica.

The ship experience was a good one the staff was soooooooooooo nice and helpful. The rooms were kept up superbly. The whole cruise was a very pleasant one and did not want to come home.

The weather was poor so the boat moved alot but there were not alot of activities on board to pass the time.

The ship was good with the amount of amenities for the price and the destination. More time at the port-of-call would have been nice, since on our return to our home port we had tor return to the port of call for a medical emergency three hours in return sail(six hours of unexpected sail time) and still arrived back on time to home port.

this was our first cruise from beginning to end everything was very organized the service was outstandin food was excellent. Cant beat the price compared to a fancy four star hotel wouldnt treat you as good. This is absolutely the way to go

All in all we had a great time on our recent cruise. The only complaint I had was that the ship was not always wheelchair assessible. The treshholds between the sections of the ship were hard to get a wheelchair over. The only way I found to get to the adult deck was through a bar and lounge. Not ideal when you want to use the hot tub. Ship was very clean and the staff and food were great.

The Imagination is a great ship and in very good condition for the number of passengers it carries every week. Very clean and well maintained, cabins are a little worn in spots, but overall very clean and tidy. Entire ship is in excellent condition and well cared for. Temprature was always comfortable on the ship -The ship was steady and comfortable to ride the entire trip. Captain and his staff did a great job especially getting in and out of ports.

I am a returning customer, and this is the smallest ship i've been on. the staff is friendly enough, the food is average, with an occasional highlight on the menu. progreso is a complete waste of time, along with the excursion to merida. cozumel is cozumel. the mayan ruins is a good excursion, but once you've seen them....nothing to do in this tourist town!

All in all the cruise was a bargain for a little over $200. Great chance to relax and spend time with friends. We were a little worried that the ship would be outdated and small but it was a very nicely updated ship. We did get tired of eating the same things for breakfast and lunch everyday. They could have changed it up a bit more.

For the price of this cruise, it was well worth the cost. You cant beat that price anywhere.

Pictures online of stateroom were not the same as the actual room. Stateroom very old looking, furniture and decor out dated, yuk! TV too small for a suite. No way to control temp, even with vents closed, room very cold. Thats was the main purpose of our cruise was too stay secluded in a luxurious suite with a private balcony. Elation did not meet our expectations in the stateroom. Food - ok. Plenty and well presented, but nothing spectacular. Most of fruit not even sweet, wow. Entertainment and things to do - ok. Departing, VIP excellent. Embarking, terrible U84 last called.

Elation has all that a person should want during a short vacation...good port, good service, food and entertainment...shopping was adequate, prices were very good. Found the ship recommendations for shopping wasn't all accurate...

The ship was fun filled with an abundance of gracious crew members ready to assist us in everyway. The crew made it a point to remember our names and make us feel special. The dining room was always romantic and our wait staff knew what we wanted before we did. This ship was such a breath of fresh air.

We had a great time. The ship was nice and the people working on it were absolutly incredible. The Food could have been better. Bland and sometimes not very tasty.
