Our room was the biggest disappointment. (See below).

Ship was nice and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Shower pressure alternated between hot and cold some but weren't too bad. Room attendants were awesome at keeping clean towels ect

Everything moved along at a decent pace. Not much waiting. Crew and passengers were very polite.

This cruise is worth going on. The ship is very beautiful and super clean. The stuff is the best, very friendly and knowledgible. We found the food to be everage, but of course always available. Kids had an incredible time at the kids club and didn't want the cruise to end.

My impression of the Elation was that the ship itself seemed outdated and in need of a complete over haul. Although the crew overall were more than helpful the appearance of direction seemed a little lax. for better words

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the whole experience was great. We appreciated Carnival's little 'extras' for being past cruisers, even though it had been 9 years since we had sailed Carnival.

Good ship!

This was my family's first cruise and we all really liked it and plan on going back again with Carnival.

First time on the Elation and was very impressed! It was decorated nice and always seemed very clean. Easy to find your way around and always something fun to do.We ate mostly in the dining room and the food was very good. We loved the kareoke and casino at night and the shows were entertaining but did not go to many. The weather was perfect and the crew was always very friendly and somehow remembered your name. I would definetly sail on this ship again and we are ready to book the next cruise!The only negative thing is that there were too many kids but that was our fault for going at springbreak.

We cruised on Spring Break with our 15-year-old, 12-yr-old, and almost-9-yr-old. The 2 older kids loved their "clubs" and hung out there quite a bit. The 8-yr-old was not happy with hers - she was only one month shy of the next group up and would've fit in there much better. Overall, the room was good - all 5 of us in one room (!!) but still had enough room and closet space, and we were in an interior room. The beds were comfy - loved the pillows! Shower good - water pressure good and lots of hot water. 24-hr pizza was great - we all loved their pizza. Dining room meals were fantastic; wait staff wonderful. Decks were crowded but it was Spring Break, so we expected that. Wish there would've been an enforced "kid free" hot tub area, because the hot tubs were always filled with tons of kids and we could never get in. Shows on Royal Caribbean are MUCH better than Carnival, but we did enjoy the final night show that included some of the cruise guests dressing up as stars and singing. That was good. The comedians were good - liked that they had family show and a separate 18+ show. Overall, great for the money. Not extremely high scale anything on this cruise - everything above average, but not spectacular. Just what we were needing with a family of 5 on a budget!

Very clean. Staff were unbelievably friendly. Plenty of room on lido deck for sun loungers. Always clean towels in room. Room service came on time. I just cannot say enough good things about the staff on this ship and the service they provide.

Food 24/7 and the staff were all so friendly.
