We cruised on Spring Break with our 15-year-old, 12-yr-old, and almost-9-yr-old. The 2 older kids loved their "clubs" and hung out there quite a bit. The 8-yr-old was not happy with hers - she was only one month shy of the next group up and would've fit in there much better. Overall, the room was good - all 5 of us in one room (!!) but still had enough room and closet space, and we were in an interior room. The beds were comfy - loved the pillows! Shower good - water pressure good and lots of hot water. 24-hr pizza was great - we all loved their pizza. Dining room meals were fantastic; wait staff wonderful. Decks were crowded but it was Spring Break, so we expected that. Wish there would've been an enforced "kid free" hot tub area, because the hot tubs were always filled with tons of kids and we could never get in. Shows on Royal Caribbean are MUCH better than Carnival, but we did enjoy the final night show that included some of the cruise guests dressing up as stars and singing. That was good. The comedians were good - liked that they had family show and a separate 18+ show. Overall, great for the money. Not extremely high scale anything on this cruise - everything above average, but not spectacular. Just what we were needing with a family of 5 on a budget!

Food and Dining

Waitstaff always courteous - dining staff at our table was awesome. Even got a recipe for our fav dessert from our head waiter! Never had a problem with filling up cups with bottomless bubbles - bartenders were always helpful and did not tip them to get attention.

Shows not that impressive. Ship needs more things to do that do not cost.

Teen loved his club. Tween loved her club. Younger one didn't really fit in hers but that was an age issue on her part and not the ship's problem.

Ship Quality

Did not like that the casino deck inside was smoking area. This made the whole inside of that deck stink, and the casino was right next to the teen lounge, which I thought was a bad idea!

Cabin / Stateroom

Only problem we had was our TV malfunctioned and it took a day to get it fixed. Beds really comfortable.

Pros: Service; food; beds!; price

Cons: Entertainment; smoky deck where casino was (right by teen club, too!); photographers
