It was great everyone was nice and helpful all the passengers wasn't so pleasant but all in all we had a great cruise.

Fun experience for my boyfriend birthday trip will cruise again

This was our first cruise! It was fun and exciting. The staff made this trip wonderful. The music and entertainment was fsntastic! We’ll definitely be cruising again 💪🏼

I took my daughter and 5 of her friends for their senior trip and had a wonderful, relaxing time. A cruise was the best decision for us. They were able to do their own thing but still be safe and in a controlled environment.

Staff very friendly, food was excellent great quick get away for local area residents. Use the Jaxport parking, it is worth the extra money.....you'll be glad you did!

The disembarking process needs to be improved. 2.5 hours to get off the ship. I scheduled my flight out 4hrs to allow time to catch flight. Disembarking took too long, then you're in a longer line oustiside. Thankfully one of the staff members took me to customs and I didn't miss my flight

Our Steward Ray was awesome and we were well taken care of. Kevin the cruise director was awesome. I can't wait to go on another Cruise with Carnival. Best vacation ever.

Met really great people... service was excellent. We'll definitely be sailing again next year... don't to where but we will be with Carnival!!!

There are plenty of onboard activities. The food and service was excellent. Weather did not allow us to go on our Half Moon Cay excursions. The staff and very friendly and accommodating.

First time at Half Moon- best beach. Third time at Grand Turk- love it. Impressed with the pool area at Amber Cove. Great ports to visit.

This was by far our favorite cruise. Kevin, the Cruise Director really adds to the cruise with his wit, upbeat personality and the fun events he plans. We absolutely died laughing during Quest and especially loved the nightclub for that night on the Serenity. My spa experience was A+. Although all the spa staff was wonderful, Nomi was the one who stood out most. Overall, our stateroom balcony room, room service, cleanliness of the ship and the new upgrades were top notch. We are already planning on our next cruise for Hawaii, which will be an even longer cruise (14 days). To me, the longer the better! I go to the spa on every day we are at sea and we ALWAYS splurge on the Cheers program. Would never cruise without it! Thank you, Carnival for making our annual cruise one filled with amazing memories. I have not one negative thing to say about this cruise whatsoever.

We were blessed to have Oana and her team for dinner every night (we asked for them specifically since we had my time dining). Dinner was not only delicious, but fun as well. She remembered our likes and dislikes and was always willing to go that extra step to make sure we were satisfied. She was such a warm and caring person, excellent in her position, professional always but so down to earth and fun to be with. She is TOPS! Our room steward Waylan made up our room very nice every day and was pleasant to talk with. Mihaela Voda in Guest Services resolved a problem with our account efficiently, smoothly and courteously and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, ALWAYS with a smile. Dealing with the public is not always easy and I feel that she handled it perfectly and professionally. We said many times that having a job on a cruise ship is demanding, long hours, and difficult when you deal with the public. These people deserve KUDOS because they do their jobs very well and always with a genuine smile. We go back on the elation on 11/24 and hope to see all of them once again!

All in all it was a wonderful cruise! Kevin the CD was SO AMAZING! I love his bubbly honest personality and love him just as he is! BK was great too! Really all of the staff was amazing and 95% of the Pixels Gallery Photographers were amazingly fun, except for Samuel and Eva. EVA it's okay to SMILE! I know the other reviews sound like I'm complaining a lot, but those were just little things in the scheme of it all! Everyone will face little disappointments, it's just how one chooses to handle them. My husband and I will remember this cruise for a lifetime because of the great staff and passengers! This is a trip I could do again!

I am so happy we chose this as our first cruise. Everything was perfect. The people. The destination. Everything. The people on this cruise ship... Sebastian, WK, BK, Richard, and Romana set the bar so high that I don't think we will ever be able to go on another cruise and come back and say that we honestly enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed this cruise. Thank you to all of the people mentioned above! They made our first cruise the most amazing family vacation ever!

This was an excellent vacation for the money! I would recommend Carnival to anyone.

A very nice time not long enough no sports channels in room,not enough bar tenders

All in all, an amazing trip! I ate too much good food, but there was a state of the art gym to help with that! The staff is amazing, and you will leave feeling like you are leaving your friends. I will take another cruise very soon.

We boarded in Jacksonville, FL. cruised to Nassau and Half moon Cay. We did the Shallow water Dolphin encounter and adventure excursion in Atlantis and it was AMAZING. At Half Moon Cay we did the Island Calipso Tram excursion but unfortunately our snorkeling excursion was cancelled and there was nothing offered in its place. We were refunded the money though which was great. Overall we enjoyed our cruise. The staff, crew members, entertainers, etc were absolutely amazing. I am not sure where you found such wonderful crew but kudos to carnival for that. This was our first cruise.

I think it would have be nice to have some of the information for 1st time cruiser would need to know instead of finding it out from other people what you can/cannot bring back on the boat with you. Dining information would have been handy.
