Need more activities on the ship like basketball or something along those lines.

I’ve taken this cruise twice now. Both times I’ve really enjoyed them. I will say that Grand Turks doesn’t offer a lot of different activities. So just enjoy the beach time there. The water and sands are awesome.

this cruise was just ok for me I broke my leg 6 weeks before my cruise, had to rent a scooter and was unable to do alot of the normal things I'm used to doing. also had severe motion sickness due to having to get around on the scooter. (we have been on 16 cruises and I have never been sea sick) we have excellent service and made some life long friends lithesome of the staff.

Enjoyed our cruise from Port Canaveral. The service was excellent. Loved the beach at Grand Turk.

As a first time sailer on Carnival., I was dissapointed. I did not see the fun ship that was advertised. We were just kind of hearded along and seemed to be in the staffs way. First and last trip on Carnival. I would rather stay home.

I would have given this experience 5 stars if it weren't for the food quality - that was the only real negative I have for this trip. Everything else was darn near perfect!

My wife and I were married on a Carnival Ship, and have sailed on several different cruise lines. For the price, Carnival usually provides good value and experience, but there was a marked decline in service, cleanliness and attitude on this one. I found it a little disappointing having staff roving through the crowds selling shots and drink tumblers, and charging extra for the items I am used to receiving as part of the cost of the cruise. Add on to that the mechanical failure of the boat that caused us to miss our port of call - and then discovering that the previous cruise had the same problem, added to the disappointment. All machine break - I get that. But it seems like the company put the profit ahead of the necessity to ensure that the boat was running and that they could actually complete the trip that we booked and paid for. Despite all of what I said above: If I had one thing to say to Carnival, I would tell them that it costs nothing to have staff greet the customers and smile, and that one simple thing can eclipse a lot of lapses and mistakes.

Overall it was good. I wouldn’t say great because they continue to send the boat out knowing it’s not fixed. If they continue stopping in the Bahamas, they might as well stop advertising Puerto Plata. Almost is false advertising because are continuously not getting what they paid for.

I will never sail with carnival again. Or recomend

I went with a bestie for a momcation. All we did was eat, sleep and sun! It was glorious.

Horrible trip as they knew the ship was not in operable condition to leave but did anyway and cost over 1200 bucks for one day in Bahamas

I booked two rooms, one was dirty with directory missing from the in room phone. Getting on the ship was fast and easy. After the first night they told us there’s a problem with the ship and we’re not gonna be able to make it to our destination. We ended up going to Bahamas instead. We spent a whole day in terrible Bahamas. We ended up having 3 days at sea instead of two. They ran out of sea sick patches after the first day. The only compensation we got was $100 added to our sign and sail card and 50% off of a NEXT cruise. They know the $100 has to be spent on the boat so in reality we didn’t get any real compensation for something that wasn’t our fault. BE AWARE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THE CARNIVAL ELATION SHIP.

The cruise itself 100% didn't enjoy because we didn't go to our original destination. We was on water more the land.

To cruise again on a Carnival ship there has to be deals i cant refuse and it has to be one of the larger ships

I love cruises.... but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Everyone on the ship was suffering from motion sickness for days! I at least saw 3 people throw up right in front of me!!! The boat was rocky ALL NIGHT AND DAY! Most people didnt show up to dinner or entertainment because they were so sick! If you decide to go on this ship make sure you’re stocked up on Dramamine!!! My husband and I spent 4 or the 5 nights in the cruise SICK TO OUR STOMACHS!!

Cruise was relaxing and entertaining. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There was plenty to do on-board so there was very little moments of boredom. Definitely recommend.

Not pleased at all with the way this vacation went. Items billed to my credit card without my permission or knowledge of it. Very very disappointed.

Carnival really let us down on this one. My extended family are frequent carnival guests but agreed that it’s been slipping of late. They too cited lack of dress code enforcement and quality of dining as a reason to seek other options. Surprised that we could pinpoint what rooms had people smoking weed but no one did anything about it as it was there all 6 days... if I had it to do again I would have spent my money and enjoyed Florida more and stayed off the boat.
