The room do it was polite enough, never said my name and I had to ask him to clean my mirrors and vacuum my floor

The cleaning was so far you could tell the corners of the carpets and not been vacuumed in awhile they were full of dust. The day I walked in the mirrors were dirty. The lighting was dirty. I cleaned it myself on day 11

I have been on over 12 cruises. This was the worst I have ever experienced zone one through 28 we was zone 12 by the time we got there everybody’s luggage was missing. They wouldn’t let us go through till they brought off zone 16 through 28 they went from the front to the back instead of zone one being the furthest away, we were crowded, hot and frustrated
