I’ve loved my other Carnival cruises, but I wasn’t happy with the last cruise I took. The electrical outlet was not attached to the wall, our sink in the bathroom was plugged up for 3 days, the shower head was broke and laying on the floor.

Room steward never called about shower head being broke and sink was plugged for 3 days. Also our electrical outlet was sticking out of the wall, you could see the wires in the back of it.

I paid $129.99 to swim with the dolphins, how disappointed we were, I did the same dolphin swim in 2022 in Cozumel and it was 100% better than Costa Maya. I’d like my money back.
