Well I was happy just to be on vacation I love the fact that my room was clean every day the music in the club was not appealing the food was not that great but I definitely enjoy my time in my room sleeping and offshore in the excursion

That’s too bad to hear spa staff was rude. The Dream is our favorite ship and we always book a spa stateroom because we love that thalassotherapy pool so much! We’ve only had one poor spa experience and it was on the Liberty and after speaking with guest services, we’re able to get it worked out.
