Fog delays are understandable. However, the chaos of embarking and the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

MDR waiters did their jobs as far as delivering food,but were not what I was told they would be - friendly and entertaining. My cruise mates all stated they had better service on other cruises.

I enjoyed a few shows, but the schedule layout for activities left alot to be desired.

Shows I was able to see due to schedule conflicts with each other were awesome.

Room stewards were AMAZING! Dining staff and servers on the lido deck did their bare minimum.

The only issue with the room was that the bathroom door would not stay closed unless some one inside the bathroom locked it. Room steward, Mary Ann was awesome at keeping the room neat and tidy.
