Review summary

overall wasn't impressed with the dream I had been on her before and she's lost her lackluster however we made the best of an awesome time anyway had an amazing time in Cozumel on elite catamaran and snorkeling tour. and Progresso had an amazing time at the cenote and climbing the ruins at the mayapan ruins site amazing restaurant nearby overall a great trip just not impressed with the dream anymore

Complete nightmare. everything was delayed 2 hours because of fog no issues with that but upon arrival at the proper time everyone who had a later arrival times was allowed to go but we were not with our original 11:30 time no one could explain why and when I asked I was very rudely spoken to from several Carnival workers. letting people with original 1:30 boarding times get on before people with 11:30 boarding times that have been there for hours trying to get on

the new Cruise director wasn't my cup of tea was only her second solo cruise and again everything was crazy because of the fog delays but overall I was not impressed

Our room Stewart was awesome very lovely very friendly fantastic job keeping the room clean. However our dining room staff was terrible rude inconsiderate didn't listen wrong orders everything got wrong. Couldn't even get drink refills or orders taken most of the time

the cabin was great our only complaint was that the door didn't close properly and when we hit some rough Waters they kept bouncing back and forth all night long it wouldn't stay closed
