We got a copy of the report and medication etc before we got off to give it to our doctor and for the insurance but I'm sure if you call carnival or email specialneeds@carnival.com they can help or let you know what to do we always find them helpful once you have emailed them they will send you an email back with an incident number on and will normally get back to you by email within a couple of day ...
