Very nice ship, excellent staff, not impressed with the food. Noise level was high during cleanup if your room Was under the dining area. I won’t pay for balcony view for the next time.

It was chaotic, could never find our pictures, people were picking through pictures and putting pictures in front of other pictures so we missed out on finding our pictures if they were ever printed. Wasn’t a pleasant experience, I don’t think I’ll bother getting pictures taken by the crew ship😩Next cruise we take we will get people to take pictures of us and we won’t have to go and try to dig through millions of pictures to try to find the ones that were taken of us, and your prices are too high on the package deals.

Excellent! Everyone was so pleasant, nice, always smiling, very helpful. I hope you pay them enough because they deserve it. They are your back bone to your operation. I hope they get enough time off to recuperate from the busy Pace that they are under every day.

it Was ok. Areas were very clean. I thought the tables could be cleaned better. They use the same rag doing many tables at one time never using a disinfectant. I also watched a worker use a dirty rag from cleaning for five tables walk over to the ice cream machine and use that same rag to clean the little Spicket‘s Where the ice cream comes out that wasn’t very appetizing to see.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort was nice. Could use more TV channels, our room 9331 was over the gathering area so after every meal we had to listen to chairs and tables being drug around while they cleaned the floor. It was very noisy and we couldn’t get to sleep at night Until they were finished. Same for breakfast and lunch if we were in the room we had to raise the TV up because they were making so much noise or if we decide to come in and take a nap because we were both sick and really couldn’t until I stopped and finished doing what they were doing upstairs.
Ship tip
If it’s your first cruise don’t do a seven day cruise do a 4 to 5 day cruise to get your feet wet, also have if you can some friends go with you that are seasoned cruisers that helps out a lot too.
This port was very nice very clean, had nice shops. Did go on a catamaran snorkeling excursion. The crew mates were very helpful and very nice. It was hard snorkeling because the waves were pounding us and it was cold and windy, And we were 68 feet depth of water and didn’t see many fish just a few barracudas and some bluefish. I would’ve liked to have gone in shallower water where I could see the fish better.
This port was very nice very clean. The locals were very sweet and you could bargain with them on their price. We did not do an excursion here at this port
We did not like it at all, the shop owners were rude, did not want to bargain with you, as soon as you got close to the shops the men were coming and bombarding you with trying to get you to take their taxi to go look at the Atlantis. We did not take an excursion here either
A nightmare, rushed, didn’t give you time to get all your paperwork together, the elderly people could not hold onto luggage and dig all the paperwork out the show and they were dropping everything everywhere and it was like no time to try to get your stuff together because they were pushing you to move move move. I found the disembark meant people not friendly at all bossy no patience not coordinated well as far as directing people to where they needed to go. I felt like a cow going through a feedlot going through the shoots.
Next time RESEARCH your ship. You could have gotten a balcony without the noise of restaurants, etc. We booked a balcony with the decks above and below us to only have cabins.
