Review summary

Most aspects of the cruise were Great! The staff, food, entertainment were wonderful. The only problem was the sub-standard cabin that we had. The banging noise that was ever present in our cabin kept us awake every night. We do understand that problems arise that are out of everyone's control, but it is how the Company responds to these problems that counts.

cabin had two problems, a nauseous odor and a loud banging noise. The staff tried many times to eliminate the odor but it kept coming back, The banging noise was attributed to steam pipes running below or on the side of our cabin that there was no solution to quieting. The banging noise kept us from sleeping any night on the cruise. We were told the ship was full and there was no place to move us to.
