Fun time. Great ship. Lots to do. Food wonderful.
Chris is the best cruise director ever. Very talented. Food is good. I love being pampered and this is the ship to do it.
Embarkation

The BEST thing about a cruise is that the staff and crew spoil you so much!! The room steward, Wayne, and our waiter, Iki and Roger, were all fantastic. Anything we asked for we got. The food was good with a lot of options to choose from. I thought there could have been more dessert options every night in the dining room but besides that it was good.
Regarding the Guest Services Desk....there are not enough people working it for the number of people onboard. During peak hours the line was ridiculous. The other negative thing is the sofas, benches, and chairs around the ship and in the theater are too low! They are very uncomfortable. The theater seating should at least be βpew heightβ. I was never comfortable except for the chairs in the dining room. The low seating is hard to get out of.
All in all, the staff and crew were wonderful. Chris, the cruise director, is amazing. We had a good time.
Embarkation in New Orleans is crazy. Galveston was easier.

Iki and Roger in the Crimson dining room were wonderful. First class!!!
Wayne, our room steward on Deck 7 forward, was very good and always had a smile and called me by name.

Seats are too low and uncomfortable in the Encore theater.
Cabin / Stateroom

Great storage. Love the vanity. The vanity stool is too low. Tight squeeze in the shower. Great water pressure and I love the shower nozzle handle.
Ship tip
Allow time to catch the elevator.
And on port days, if you canβt do stairs to get to the lower level tell them and you can ride the elevator. G
