It was mine and my husbands first cruise we really were nervous going into. The staff really made us feel at home and were super polite all the time everywhere we went onboard. Loved the Energy they all had constantly.

We are the Dining room dinner about three or four days it was just ok but the buffet was better on lido deck.

Dj was awesome really enjoyed his music quite a bit. Chris the cruise director was so amazing he was filled with energy the entire time and was always around the ship and made you feel at home. Josh the bingo host and karaoke host was amazing very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Hanna (worked morning breakfast) she would walk around and greet every single person in the morning breakfast area even the deck saying good morning to everyone. I will miss that because she made our morning so much brighter.

Again would like to say Marco was a waiter at blue iguana bar he was so polite and friendly. Josh bingo host was amazing again he is such a friendly person he got me to do karaoke and open up and have a good time. He was all over the ship and never had a dull moment with him he made my group all open up.

It was just right loved the two bathrooms. Shower flooded over first night our guy got someone in there that day and fixed he problem. Loved the amount of space in the cabin.

We were going to do an excursion but it was such heavy rain we really didn’t get to do much. The driver that took us to our excursion actually drove us around the island and showed us things off the beaten path for shopping etc. he took us to a local spot with rescued animals.
that we could play with such as monkeys, macaws, sloths and spider monkeys.
I did not like progresso at all it was such a long drive to the main city nothing really to do but shop. Beggars followed the tour guide around and we were overcharged for the food we ate and had to get that corrected they were just using us as an opportunity.
Energy of the staff is one part. Another part is your willingness to seek happy adventures aboard the ship. Glad you both combined to provide a happy cruise experience.
