My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed visiting Mahogany Bay and Cozumel and were terribly disappointed that Belize was cancelled. Would have been better to spend an extra day in Cozumel rather than going to Progreso. I never felt more unsafe in my entire life. We are planning on more cruises with the hopes of avoiding Progreso!

Most of my meals were pretty good. I wouldnt say that they were over the moon or anything. Our meal at the steak house, however, was great! The melting chocolate cake was amazing!! It was the only dessert that I did like.

Our little girl loved being a penguin at camp ocean. She only went twice but had a great time.

Our waiter, Efferin and bus boy, Jeovanne, along with others and our hostess were just amazing people. They did a fantastic job and made our little girl feel like a princess. Our cabin boy, Herry, was just as sweet as he could be. However, we never received turn down service or an ice bucket. There were a few days that he was late cleaning our cabin and then it wasn't complete.

Upon arrival our cabin had not been cleaned. It wasn't completely cleaned each day and some days cleaning was later than requested. The size of the cabin was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I wanted to bring them home!
