Review summary

This ship is amazing and we enjoyed our ports (Honduras, Belize & Cozumel). Our wait staff in the Crimson dining room were fantastic (Anthony, Wayan & Ajay)! Our room steward was TERRIBLE!!!!! Met him once didn't get his name. HE told me when he would clean our cabin. The daily itinerary was left in the middle of the night making it difficult to plan activities for the next day. He didn't leave ANY debarking info for us! I had to track it down on my own. Carnival needs to improve their debarking process!!!!! They tell you one thing at the presentation and then do things completely different when disembarking starts. Overall, I will cruise with Carnival again and HOPE for a better cabin steward!!!

The wait staff in the Crimson restaurant were amazing!! Thank you Anthony, Wayan & Ajay for treating us like royalty and making our meals entertaining and enjoyable!! Our cabin steward was TERRIBLE! Wish I knew his name so he could get dinged for the ZERO service he provided us!

what room were you in?

I am blaming Carnival considering they said one thing and didn't something completely different! Doubt it was customs since we were in port 6 hours before we should have been.

We were on the Allure of the seas and exactly the same issue with the steward. Doesn't matter what cruise line there is always the chance to get the bad one.

Debark from the ship may have had something to do with customs. Can't always blame Carnival.

That is disappointing. Generally the room stewards have been great. We have had a couple times when we tipped extra at the beginning and got great service but there has been times we had great service and tipped extra at the end. Then there is the times like you experienced when we see the person once and don't feel like we need to give anything extra to them. Next time hopefully will be better
