Review summary

We had a great time. The staff was awesome! The new process for debarkation at the tender port was a much smoother process. Will definately cruise on Carnival again. The new App was very useful.

Steward was AWESOME! Room was always clean. If we needed anything, we called and he was there very quickly. He took the time to introduce himself to our children and callwd them by name when he would see them.in the hall. You have a great staff!

Ship tip

Lover the new food! Burgers and BBQ were a great change.

Have never been to any port that was easier or better than NOLA. Go in garage, drop luggage, park car , get on elevator go down and get on ship.. Love NOLA.

How is the process getting on in Nola? Any improvement? Been thru there 2x and was always disorganized
