Review summary

If this was my first cruise I would have never gone on another one! Kids played on the elevators constantly. The food was always cold by the time you got a drink and found seating. Bottomless bubbles was a waste because you have to wait in long lines at the bar to get the drink.

Took the entire meal before I got my drink I requested. Most staff was not friendly. Could never get a hold to room service. I wasn't told what to do to get my bottomless bubbles initiated.

Looks like Judy has the right idea, just have fun. Kids will be kids, I have two, I hope they take the time to be kids while we are on our next cruise, I am. LOL

We went on the Magic, the first part of June. There were kids playing on the elevator. They had pushed every button on it. So when we got in-they got out. When we got to the next floor-- there they were waiting for us to get off!We didn't!! , I said- let's see who can get to the next floor faster! We did that on every floor! needless to say- by the time we reached the top- they were exhausted!

There were kids on our cruise in October. It was fun watching them dance in the pool area and see them do the parade enjoyed it. When we didn't want kids went to the Senerity deck. Good times.

We've never had a problem, CARNIVAL is topnotch. They pamper the heck out of you. Anyone thinking of going on a CRUISE - GO FOR IT!!

I love cruising. I have experienced some bad cruises though. It is different for everyone, but you seem like you should try a Royal Caribbean cruise. They have much better service and more activities to do.

I can't imagine not having a blast on a cruise. Always been treated like I was important and never waited on anything any unreasonable amount of time. I never waited long at the bar. And if I saw kids I made it a point to speak and have a good time with them as well. Ready for June 5th

You can ask any server on deck for a soda. If you're nice to them and tip them a buck they will even bring you one without asking. A cruise is what you make it. Did you spend the whole time on the elevator? If you've been on other cruises you would know the elevators are a nightmare- kids or no kids. And maybe getting your drink prior to your food would have eliminated the cold food claim.

Cruising ain't for everybody!

Carnival cruises are all about family and that includes children of all ages, plan your cruises accordinly. I have never had cold food unless if was supposed to be cold. Honestly though how is the cruise line at fault for kids running around on a family cruise. It should be up to their parents

We were on the Dream January 3-14. Just after the holidays. There were no kids on board, they were all back to school! The week before, during the holidays, we were told there were 1500 kids under 17. It's all about planning!

mskal You don 't like kids, do not go on vacation when kids are out of school. Never had cold food on Carnival. You just sound like a complainer that will always be miserable..

Sounds like maybe you shouldn't go on another one. Cruising isn't for everybody.
