Review summary

We have taken the Crnival Destiny ship before. First time it was all A1. This time there were some sloppy details. The medical facilities are almost non existent and useless if you get sick when it's not during their operating hours.

Ports of call

Roseau, Dominica

Dominica is a waste of a port of call. We used that day as a tanning day. They hussle you for money at every turn.
Don't Miss: SKIP THIS ISLAND!!!

St. John's, Antigua

Same as St Lucia

Castries, St. Lucia

Nice port, but again the vendors were not friendly and overpriced goods. Not too much variety in their shops. everyone had the same stuff.

Bridgetown, Barbados

Excellent stop. Lots of options on what to do and beautiful sightseeing tours.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

This was the best port of all. Very friendly people and willing to haggle to make a sale. Haggling for price is good because even if you don't get the best price you feel as if they tried to make a sale and you got a deal. Pretty sights and very clean.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

All the vendors in the flea markets and shops are rude and almost ignore the customers. Shops were all over priced. I live in NYC and their prices were higher than ours.

Pros: The staff

Cons: lunch menu
