VERY NICE CRUISE

Sail Date: May 04, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

SHIP WAS OLD AND THE SAME OLD SHIP BOARD EVENTS REPAIRS ON THE WHIRPOOL AND POOL BAR WERE FOR THE WHOLE CRUISE UNABLE TO USE COMFORTERS WERE STARTING TO PILL AND WORN SUGGEST THAT IN BALCONY ROOMS THAT A LOVE SEAT IS UNNECESSARY (TAKES UP TOO MUCH ROOM) UNABLE TO REARRANGE BEDS. OVER ALL I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS SHIP AGAIN.

Pros: MANY PORTS AND A VAST AMOUNT OF EXCURTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM

Cons: SHIP IS VERY OLD CLOSET DOOR FELL OFF ON LYRA TOILET RUNNING BUT WAS REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
SOFA NOT REQUIRED IN BALCONY ROOMS TOO CROWDED
Entertainment
Food and Dining
ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT UPON BOARDING AT 9PM NO FOOD AVAILABLE ACCEPT THE LAST OF TWO PIECES OF PIZZA WHICH WE HAD TO EAT FAST SINCE WE WERE CALLED FOR LIFEBOAT DRILL ON FOOD AVAILABLE AFTER THAT.
Service and Staff
