I loved our first cruise. It was far better than any we were told about prior to going. The only one, but BIG thing is to speed up the disembarkation!!!!!!! It leaves the last thought really bad for the trip!!!!!

Geraldine was the best cabin steward we have ever had in any cruise. She was amazing.

your island store director, yolanda, (stuck up), henris bar needs overhaul, smells, daily activities needs a slight overhaul . room steward, jose was great, our 3 table waiters, larry, harold chris, and rose were great, matt and marty were fun, the young group of entertainers were great, at dinner there should not be so much of a rush though. All tables, food comes out to fast together.

Everything was great about this cruise. No complaints. On top of all that the price was excellent.

Overall, it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, dining was good, and the islands visited were beautiful. The Skymiles excursions were also the best! Tour guides we tout of their way to make it a lasting adventure. We did the Nassau and Atlantis Tour, Ultimate Snorkeling in Grand Turk, and ATVing in Dominic Republic with Bart and Cesar. The DR tour was great!! We rode through a local residential area, private beach, stopped at a farm for fresh brewed coffee, hot cocoa, and smoked the best cigars (all of which were grown there); up to a mountain top where Jurassic Park 1 was filmed, then back down to the private beach for swimming and snorkeling, then one final stop at a residence where I got to hold a parrot and tarantula (conquered my fear, because the way!). I don’t recommend the cruise line excursions because they’re more expensive and have bigger crowds so it makes it less personal and you’re waiting all the time!

Easy casual cruise. Dining room is relatively casual.

This was our 1st cruise, we enjoyed the experience and will for sure do another. Room was fine, food was decent, drinks were good. Budet additional funds if you want to drink heavy. Dis not do alot of the ondoard shows but did enjoy the port calls!

Sat in the dinner table for 45 with the dinner orders taken. We had bread and butter. We called the head of dinning to complain . Decided to have dinner in the ninth floor for.the rest of the cruise. Very disappointing . Ship too small and hard to enjoy the entertainment.

Despite the 5 hours of inconvenience and subsequent disappointments with having to move to a second, inferior stateroom after 3 days we were determined to not let the negatives ruin the rest of our cruise. Consequently, we had a very good time. The dinner dining was excellent, both menu selection and food quality. We really liked the ship layout, entertainment options and ports of call. Although we were unlucky on this cruise the positives made it fun and worthwhile.

Disembarkation was nightmare. Long wait times in slow moving line to exit ship and again to zig-zag through customs line. We started "in line" at 8am. Were first directed to Lobby level and then told we needed to go up to "5" and use the elevators there. We did not get into parking lot until 10am. Did not make mistake of Carnival airport shuttle again and jumped right into a taxi that charged $18 and promptly delivered to the Southwest terminal.

We love it, if you want to explore South America or Latin America the cruise is a great option cheap and fun. Cruise is eating and activity, I slept less and I enjoy more.

We thought the cruise was good. We usually cruise carnival and it’s been good except one cruise I had fallen and scratched my knee that needed medical attention and no one was around at the nurses station. We looked after it ourselves - it didn’t need stitches. We bought bandages and was looking peroxide or antibiotic cream to clean it but there was nothing. We have never needed any medical attention since. A suggestion for minor wounds how about having something to clean a wound when a person can’t get a nurse!

We had a wonderful time and got very relaxed, had a super time when we stopped at ports and really recommend Carnival. It was terrific. We will go again whenever we can.

At our sitdown dinner Joanna our server was great and entertaining (we could do what ever we want la la) like the song

Overall the cruise was okay. I didn't like the room service options, or the fact that the Lido deck only had a deli with no pickles and a pizza place to choose from after 10:pm.

Do not Use if need accessibility not safely accesible

The day we disembarked I was already planning another trip for 2019. Actually making a family trip/reunion trip. So excited to do it again.
