Review summary

I loved our first cruise. It was far better than any we were told about prior to going. The only one, but BIG thing is to speed up the disembarkation!!!!!!! It leaves the last thought really bad for the trip!!!!!

The entertainment was sometimes complicated with meal time. Seating was complicated at times too. (That just means that everyone wanted to be there!!!)

We had the best staff on the ship. It was our first cruise so I had lots of questions all the time. The staff at our table, Paul, Richard, and Moh were very kind and knowledgeable too. Their memories were impeccable; to be able to call us all by our first names made us feel like family. They were always concerned that our food was tasty for us. They knew it was good but we all have different taste buds so they concentrated on pleasing each of us. The entertainment was fabulous!!! Waiters that are also talented!! What a plus. Our room was always a delight to return to each evening. The efforts of Kadek and his staff far exceeded any 5 star hotel!!!

Beautiful Island. The people were great and caring. The food was wonderful, even though most did not realize what work you all put forth to make that meal possible!!! Great job!!

When you were trying to get 3000 people off the ship in such short order it's always tough and nobody is happy about getting off and having to wait through customs. They take five or six hours to get everybody on but they want everybody off in 3 hours

My Husband and I got off the ship and through customs very quickly. For us, the disembarkation process was a plus of the trip. Sorry to hear your disembarkation was bad. I would recommend purchasing Faster to the fun in the future, as you receive priority embarkation and disembarkation, along with a lot of other benefits.
