Wifi is spotty, even for WhatsApp, but pay for it anyway. The social media plan did not seem to work much at all, which seemed unusual since I would have thought Carnival would have wanted people to post. I was only able to post 1 video, even from the higher paid plan, and that was from Curacao (near the Yellow House I think).

That was my second cruise and I can say I thought the first cruise was the best one ever until I got to this one I found out this one was way better than the previous one. I was very happy with everything except the internet service in the ship was not great

I would have to say the food was harable not a good selection on the buffet everything was cold most of the staff was rude

Boat rocked too much, room had a terrible vibration but we were given a free steak dinner for the vibration, and on the 2nd elegant evening a staff told my husband and I to get on an elevator and it closed on me bruising my right shoulder and arm

It was our honeymoon Had a wonderful time. Couldn't have been better

This was an amazing way to spend our Christmas holiday. My family loved their first cruise vacation. We loved each of the islands we visited and had amazing weather. We are looking forward to going on another family cruise.

This was a great get away . The only complaints are the food in the main dining room and the service in the main dining room with My time dining . Brunch was great on sea days though!. The service was not all that good, most of the staff were not happy and chipper as I am used to. Other than that , for the money spent it was worth it!

good experience overall, good staff in dining room, good room steward. The buffet was terrible, poor selections cold food

I’ve traveled Royal Caribbean before and Caenival cannot even compare to the level or service we received with RC. I will never travel Carnival again.

It was amazing and the staff literally made the trip beyond our expectations! I really hope the people I mentioned are getting some type of extra compensation for their hard work!!

Excellent food and service. Ports of call were beautiful. Dinner shows were just okay.

"O fo owesome!!" While we've been on many other cruise lines, we've gotten used to Carnival so we know what to expect. We also get out of a cruise what we put into it - participation, $$, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again. But we've had better Carnival cruises before. I think we need to try the new Carnival Horizon! :)

Ship is a bit older but the staff make up for everything. Each staff member we encountered seemed to really want to be there. The entertainment, especially the comedy club were out of this world. We don't usually go to the piano bar but Eden was truly a wonderful experience. This was the longest cruise we've had with an interior stateroom and I didn't miss the view a bit. Our cabin stewards were awesome and seemed to always know when we were out so we'd have fresh towels when we returned. The ice cream bar was a treat as well and the staff working there, Martha and Jessica, were awesome. We took a Carnival tour in St. Maarten and St. Kitts (mainly so we'd be back on time) and each one was amazing. We learned so much about each island and have plenty of pics to share. We hit the shops in San Juan and just wish we had more time there. Often the ships only spend 6 hours in this port. Grand Turk was amazing as well and we spent our time at Jack's shack. It's a hike from the port (about 1 mile) but it's worth the walk as you miss the crowds. We would definitely book this one again.

We had a good cruise on the Paradise and were quit disappointed on the Conquest. I guess not every trip is perfect. Overall we had a good time because we were together.

I had a great time on this cruise. My vote for best Carnival entertainer is Eden Parker in the piano lounge. He was fantastic. I was mostly happy with the food. I was very happy with the ports. My experience was dampened only by inconsiderate other guests, sticky common area surfaces and a sewage smell from time to time.

I would definitely need to lower my expectations if I were to take another Carnival cruise. Although the kitchen was pretty accommodating on the cruise we took two years ago, this time it was sorely lacking.

The trip ports and staff were great. The ship however was having sewage issues and when we reported it they acted like it did not exist. Many people complained about the smell

I cannot wait to cruise again! We are planning to try another cruise line though.

Overall, cruise was wonderful. The stateroom steward Was so nice and prompt.
