Review summary

I would definitely need to lower my expectations if I were to take another Carnival cruise. Although the kitchen was pretty accommodating on the cruise we took two years ago, this time it was sorely lacking.

I stated that we were Vegan, but the dining room made very few accommodations. We pretty much had to find something and subtract what we couldn't eat. They had one vegetarian option that was the same EVERY DAY! Just because someone doesn't eat animal products, it doesn't mean that they want to eat the same thing over and over again. Guy Fieri's Burger Joint, which was our savior on our last Carnival Cruise. The black bean burger was no longer available there, and I go NO response from the query I made at the service desk.

For the most part, the service was good, but some of the staff in the dining room and at the Lido deck restaurants were not. Our dining room waiter, after the first night's dinner, was excellent. Christopher and Chris were a delight and tried to make the most of the lack of support from the kitchen.
