Overall it was a great trip. Ideally would like to see the trip flipped- day at sea, Cozumel, Key West, and then back at port so that you have more time in Key West.

Enjoyable anniversary & birthday vacation. Super relaxing.

I feel like I should get a refund. The entire cruising experience was disappointing. I strongly advise not to get sick outside of the hours of 12p to 6p, the hours of the infirmary. They don't appreciate having to give medical attention outside of those times.

Enjoyed this ship's entertainment. The parties were the best part of the cruise. No one should have to endure smelling sewage during the entirety of a paid vacation.

The cruise was nice the food was excellent there was plenty to do on the ship and I had a good time

I really enjoyed my time on the ship despite the rainy weather. I just wished I had more time on the island, but I will make sure I will choose a longer voyage to get the full experience.

This was a last minute booked trip wanted a quick getaway with my 2 children. It enabled good connection time. It served its purpose.

This was a good cruise. We enjoyed our time together. The other guests were friendly. We wish the stay in Key West could have been longer.

We had a nice time thing I would like to see improve is the food service cost on beverage had to pay for coffee after 10 am beverage machine not working well or turned of I wondered around often trying to find a working one. Poor beverage service at pool and casino no server or takes extremely long to get

Wonderful cruise. Everything went as it should without a hitch.

No shows, bad comedians, and got off with COVID. Three times in a row Jan, Dec, and now Feb.

The new menu is terrible. There is not something for everyone on it.

The ship was old and they should scrap it!! The rest was great!

Beautiful cruise....We actually enjoyed going as a couple with no children. We also got engaged !!!! Can't wait for our honeymoon cruise that we will be booking.

There were some rowdy moments onboard but overall our family group of 13 had fun, won money in the casino and had delicious meals.

It was a relaxing cruise. Nothing exceptional. The two comedians we saw were very funny.

My overall experience was great! I got my much-needed rest while enjoying being waited on and catered to!

It was a great experience! I don't think I'd do excursions next time.
