Review summary

Overall it was a great trip. Ideally would like to see the trip flipped- day at sea, Cozumel, Key West, and then back at port so that you have more time in Key West.

Very smooth, the safety process is so much smoother than when we went several years ago.

Very good, the dining dinners were amazing and such good option. Staff were a bit confused with the vegan options and needing non-dairy items.

Pretty good, a few snippy staff at times but overall good.

Yes everything was good. A bit challenging to get to the dining rooms when on opposite sides of the ship.

So beautiful. The only issue is that we got there at 7am and had to leave at 12:30, and everything opened around 10am so very little to do. The whole trip itinerary needs to be switched so you get a full day at cozumel and key west.

It was good, shopping was a bit limited in the port and didn't have time to explore much. We did the Mexology Excursion which was amazing.

Disembarkation

Awful experience. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the port so we weren't cleared to leave the ship until about 9:30am. Instead of following the signed times for leaving, they just let everyone leave which was absolutely horrible. It took over an hour to get off the ship.
