It was a wonderful cruise, in spite of us not being able to sleep. The ports were all fantastic, and the ship was beautiful.
Embarkation

Wow, we walked right in, and the only pause we had was taking a photo!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was good, but not excellent. We tried Guy’s Burgers (which didn’t disappoint), Pizza, deli, Dining room, buffet, and Sea Day Brunch. Best kept secret is getting a very tender filet at the Sea Day Brunch - “Steak and Eggs.” It was so tender! Pizza was commonly burned. Bacon on the buffet was always undercooked and greasy.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Not a lot of activities on this cruise. Miniature golf was a joke, as the ball was plastic. Basketball was always being played, and hard to get a court. Pools were over-crowded, and so were the hot tubs. Serenity deck was way too packed, and had the kids water area next to it. It was not a quiet area at all.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Fantastic shows, DJ’s, and the Comedy Club was the best. Manny Olivera was excellent!
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
They were short staffed due to the Corona virus screening. We did have an excellent room steward and Wait staff. Shore excursions and Customer Service was horrible, and did not know their jobs. Very disappointed in both of those departments.
Ship Quality

Well maintained, clean, and beautiful decor!
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
Never again, will we get a first floor room. We were awakened at 3am, 4am, 5am with banging of metal pipes and a scraping noise. We called main desk, and were told it was “waves!” When it happened the next day, we were in port, and no waves. They said there wasn’t anything below us to make a noise. Lie, Lie, Lies!!! I found out later, everyone in our general area was calling about the noise as well. We were compensated $150 in credit. We had very little sleep due to the noises.
Sorry you had so much noise. We try to always get a cabin with cabins above and below us. It doesn’t guarantee quite, but tends to be a better chance for it. We have made almost every mistake that can be made when picking a cabin. Now you have helped others to avoid this one!😎
We’ve made the mistake a few times with having a noisy cabin . Being below the dining room or buffet is not good. We were awaken in the very early morning hours by carts being rolled all over getting ready for breakfast. Now we only book a cabin that has decks below and above us with only cabins. No nightclubs, bars, restaurants, etc. Its been great.
Personal will not select a stateroom below the 8th deck for that reason. I prefer 10th or higher. The downside is you will feel all the rocking the boat does.
So sorry you were unable to sleep, I usually sleep like a baby while on cruise, except for the last one, when it was due to a very unhappy couple, slamming doors, and arguing on the last night of the cruise! They just wouldn't quit ,from 12 MN until 6am. I suppose we shouldn't complain ,since you had noise each night!
