Review summary

We had a good time, was relaxing. Will not crews on an older, smaller ship again.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
Not good, had FTTF with a transfer purchased through Carnival and flew in to Ft Lauderdale. We were checked in before 10:00, was told we would be on board by 11:30. Transport didn’t show up until 12:00. We arrived at the port at 12:50 and didn’t get on the ship until after 1. Before FTTF we had a check in time of 12:00. Carnival dropped the ball on this and didn’t even care when it was brought to their attention.

We were on the Conquest last March and loved it. Food in MDR was absolutely delicious every night. We also had yummy breakfasts there every morning. For lunch we had Guys Burgers, Puzza, Blue Iguana or the Deli which was very good. Only used the buffet for salads or desserts. Our cabin was very spacious and in a great location close to elevators which took us right down to the MDR. Had a wonderful balcony and the air and plumbing worked great! Didn’t care much for the shows but that’s not why we cruise. Our ports were fantastic. Ship was so pretty and well taken care of. Make sure to visit deck 5, the Sunflower Atrium. Whole deck is beautiful and peek into Vincent’s Bar there. So pretty. We’ve been on 10 cruises and never had priority boarding. We get there between 10:30 and 11, get checked in with hardly any waiting. Those FTTF and The Key and whatever else, IMO, is a waste of money. Cruising is the best vacation ever 🛳🏖 until the Coronavirus virus comes around. All who are cruising now, have a wonderful time and stay safe.

It's hard to believe that the ship has changed so much since August 2019!
